It looks like you know exactly what macro ratios are helping you achieve your body fat goal.
Macro ratios aren’t something that remain static while dieting down. In the bodybuilding world you’ll start pulling calories from carbs and fats as you continue to progress. Calories from protein are very rarely adjusted.
You don’t want to dip below 20% of calories from fat for too long. When pulling carbs, I always pull from meals furthest away from my workouts to keep the workouts going smoothly.
Another option to consider is to tweak your macros differently on non workout days. Keep protein the same, take carbs down, up fats. Overall calories should be lower.
