Still feeling pretty good, I don’t have to break unless I want to. SW was around 195 and CW is around 170. I was thinking of breaking and doing another 14 day fast if I really felt like it later but even convincing myself to break is a little hard given my mind has 0 attraction to food right now and I feel pretty okay. What do I do? Any recommendations? This has been a pure water + electrolyte fast
It’s important to remember that after a long fast like this, it’s important to give your body time to recover.. such an extended fast means that the refeeding stage will be long, probably about a week and a half, starting with bone broth and very slowly introducing solids. Otherwise all the hard work you did will be for nothing.
If you feel like continuing and your body is fine go ahead, but remember that you will have 2 weeks of slowly introducing food after and the refeeding stage is just as important as fasting.
