48 hours in, feeling surprisingly fantastic!

I just wanted to tell someone how I’m doing who will understand.

I’m 48 hours in, attempting a 10 day fast (or until I get to my lowest healthy BMI range whichever comes first)

I’ve been drinking electrolytes from the start and feel SO GOOD! I don’t feel hungry whatsoever, I woke up with a lot of energy. It was easier than usual to get out of bed actually.

I wasn’t expecting to feel this good 2 days in, maybe day 3 will hit me harder… excited to find out though. I’m already used to OMAD, so I guess this isn’t too far a stretch for my body to handle.

First 48 hours usually feel great. Hours 49 thru 120 are more difficult. After that, it usually gets much easier. Well, except for the boredom. I find that NOT eating is very boring. As a result, I always find that I need to fill my life with copious “things to do” during a fast.
