The reason I’m asking is because 72 hour fast I can lose 1-3 lbs depending. I lift/cardio 4 days a week I’m 5’8 around 190 lbs. if I estimated I’m 12-14 % bf, so I’m lean what would be faster? I eat enough on eating days don’t worry. Like to hear your thoughts.
If you’re lean you won’t really benefit from more fasting days. If I was in your position I’d do one 48 weekly, at most. That’s even excessive at a lower body fat.
Your sex plays a major role too. For a man 12% is a healthy fat to maintain, for a woman 12% is very low and unhealthy.
