Hey! I just started fasting. 16:8 is going totally fine but when I try to do more, I get really dizzy. My stomach doesn’t feel hungry so the dizziness is frustrating as I feel I could do more 😅. What do you all do to combat that?
How long have you been trying 16:8? Maybe you need to give it more time and transition slowly. You may also need more electrolytes in your fasted state. Everyone reacts differently to fasting so listen to your body first and foremost!
