Hunger is a frame of mind. I find if I keep myself occupied, and try to not fixate on eating… it does get substantially better over time. After a few weeks, I find myself effortlessly able to just eat when I decide it’s time to eat and not crave wanting to eat all the time.

Push through the first few weeks. They are the worst. After that, it’s just counting down the days until you hit your goals!

I find low calorie, high volume snacks to really help. Pickles are a big one for me. Hard boiled eggs another. And there are some lower calorie / lower carb breads that are reasonably priced. Avoid any product with the word keto on it, since you’ll pay through the nose. A pack of “keto” burger buns or hot dog buns are $8. A pack of schmidt old tyme burger buns, hot dog buns, or bread is around $2-$3

The bread is a nice italian style bread, toasts reasonably well (which keto bread does not) and is only 40 cals per slice with 6g net carbs.

Chicken breast is lowerish calorie for the volume. Raw veggies of course.
