What makes seed oils so detrimental to human health and are all the claims true? Pretty much everything we eat now has seed oils what problems come from this is it true that they’re so terrible for you?
The jury is still out, I guess, but the evidence finding a link between seed oils and various health issues is not all that great. So far, it’s primarily based on mechanistic speculation, which is not particularly great evidence.
