Are there any beverages that contain actual creatine monohydrate out there?

Products like bang energy claim to contain “creatine”, but what they don’t make a point of telling you is that it contains only a low dose of “super creatine” not creatine monohydrate. Super creatine does not have any research supporting the fact that it provides the same benefits as creatine monohydrate, and in fact, there’s not even any research supporting that our body absorbs super creatine. With this being said, are there any beverages out there that contain legitimate creatine monohydrate?

edit: apparently I have been told creatine monohydrate will break down if left in water, and turn into creatinine, which does not have the same effects as creatine monohydrate. Does anyone have some insight into this? Thanks for the responses!

Answer

It’s all bullshit. Just get creatine Monohydrate and forget all the marketing fluff.

You have to use powder because Monohydrate converts to a useless form after about 8 or so hours after being introduced to liquid.

Answer

Creatinine is the by-product of creatine being broken down inside your body. If you’re being told that creatine turns into creatinine if left in water, that’s bs! And btw, just buy the ‘creatine monohydrate’ and don’t rely on other beverages/drinks that has a bit of it.
