Are there any nutritional links to fungal rashes such as seborrheic dermatitis?

I struggle with chronic seborrheic dermatitis and am wondering if there’s a nutritional link? Foods that that make it better/worse?

I can only say anecdotally—my partner’s seb derm improved a lot after being off wheat/gluten for just a few weeks. We ended up doing it for a year and he’s back on wheat, but his skin has stayed pretty clear.
