Avoid drinking water in the morning to avoid hunger?

everyday, I drink a cup of green tea in the morning and then crave water for the last 5 hours of my fast and I’d get extremely hungry to the point I’m clumsy at work, and today, I didn’t have enough time to drink my morning green tea because I woke up late for work and didn’t have time to make any, and my hunger wasn’t nearly as strong as it was the other days when I would drink tea and water, I’m thinking maybe because the liquid stretches my stomach out and maybe that’s what induces my hunger. Is that a fair observation? What are your thoughts?

Answer

Usually people find that water helps with the hunger pangs, so they’ll drink it. And that works.

I’d test your theory and see what works best for you. So days with liquids in the am, and days without.

But whatever you do, make sure you’re getting enough water during the day.
