Best dry fast schedule ?

I’m 5’6 F around 200 lbs (have a past of being obsessed with the scale and don’t want to get on yet) and want to lose around 50-60 lbs. I’m not new to dry fasting, and currently 45 hrs into a dry fast just going until I can’t. For anyone who has lost around the same amount, what was the best schedule for you and how long did it take you to lose that amount ?

The guy who wrote the Phoenix Protocol seems to think 3 days of fasting followed by three days of eating is a great schedule that gives the body time to recuperate and enough fasting time to get stem cell benefits. That’s probably what I would do if I really wanted to lose body fat quick, and you might get other healing benefits along the way.

Even just fasting a couple days a week and doing keto or carnivore will bring you to a good, stable body weight over time. That’s what I did. Insulin spikes (most notably from carbs/sugars) are the signal that tells the body to store fat on the body in the first place.

Definitely listen to your body as you push it though. Life is about more than numbers on a scale–though we should keep our body fat at a reasonable level. The incorporation of consistent, healthy habits will gradually get you to your goals, regardless. One doesn’t have to build Rome in a day, you know?

I’m thinking of doing around rolling 100 hr dry fasts, refeed, then going back into another 100 hr but not sure if that’s an okay schedule. But I guess the best thing would be to atleast try it and see if it fits for me
