Hey everyone i watched some videos reccomending not to do 16 8 fasting due to gall stones. I wanted to ask if the risk gets lower doing OMAD. I cant find much info on it and the risk. I struggle to do 12 12 due to my lifestyle but i know i can def go longer without food fairly easily. If OMAD is not healthy im thinking i could have dinner as perusual at 6pm and then a yoghurt at 8pm so i can make it for the 12 hr window at 8a.m the next day although im not sure if that would work or encourage gall problems or sleep issues
I’m not sure how gallstones are formed but when you have them flare ups and issues am an be cause by fatty and highly oily foods and wheat and eggs can cause issues too.
If you eat these while IF you can have issues, if you try to eat healthier there should be no issues.
Please correct me if I’m wrong I’m going off my partner who has gallstones.
