Choline is an essential nutrient. Do you want to reduce your choline intake? Or is this hypothetical biochem?

Here’s some info on choline.

‘While there are metabolic pathways for the interconversion of choline, phophatidylcholine, glycerophosphocholine, phosphocholine and sphingomyelin,

the conversion of choline to betaine is irreversible.’

‘Mean choline intakes for older children, men, women and pregnant women are far below the Adequate Intake established by the IOM.’
