Does lactose free dairy products still have the same choline levels ? What makes dairy have high choline?
Lactose free dairy products are usually just dairy products with lactase enzyme added to it, so while I can’t answer your question I’m gonna go out on a limb and say lactose free dairy products probably still have the same choline levels unless the lactase enzyme somehow decomposes choline
You know all these questions about whether X food has Y nutrient can easily be answered with a quick google or nutrition app search, right?
While there is no such thing as a stupid question, there definitely seems to be a thing for unnecessary questions on here.
