I’m curious if the long-term fasting like 30 or 60 day fasting can cause ED? If so, how to prevent it while carrying on the fast?
Not ED as such but my sex drive whilst fasting goes to 0. I assume it’s some evolutionary thing where my body is prioritising finding sustenance over mating. Comes back almost immediately when I break the fast though.
