Cole's snake juice recipe not adding up?

Hello, I am watching this video. The amount in teaspoons is not adding up to the weight he listed in mg. For example, he says to use 1 tsp or 2560 mg of potassium chloride powder, but one tsp of potassium chloride is 5600 mg. Same issue for all the other measurements.

Should I measure by tsp or by weight and why the disparity?

Answer

Jesus christ, I think you’re missing the point here. Ingest your recommended amount of sodium and potassium per day. Use however much salt/nosalt/etcetc you need to achieve that.

He sells pre-packaged “Snake Juice” if you really need someone to outline the daily quantities with zero thought invested.
