Might get some negative feedback for this but I found a bouillon that has sodium and potassium in it and is very low calorie compared to actual broth. Like negligible. It’s basically beef flavored salt lick. And I do kale shakes (kale, lemon, ice ) once in a while so I get magnesium and I have something to poop out besides water. For me this is highly sustainable and very closely follows snake diet. Just a little less… powdery.
