Does someone know any tasty and healthy spices, but like real spices not some Brand™?
Any of them? Spices are all derived from plants and have micronutrients and phytonutrients in them, but they’re used in such small quantities that you shouldn’t count on any health benefits so just use what tastes good to you. If you’re just getting into cooking, there are lots of lists online of the essential spices for XYZ cuisine to help you get started.
I know you didn’t ask for a brand, but McCormick is probably the biggest US brand and sells really small plastic jars of a huge range of spices at major grocery stores. They’re great if you’re just starting out when you don’t know what you like and you can decide later if you want to spend more for higher quality brands, nicer glass containers, whole spices that you pulverize yourself, etc.
All spices (individually) are healthy! Cinnamon in particular (ceylon, not cassia) is proven to improve blood sugar levels (1 tsp/day for the health benefits). Great in smoothies, overnight oats, yogurt, but also savory things like roasted veggies, chili, stew. Some of my other favorites:

My favourite spice is cumin. It’s integral to so many delicious cuisines. It’s in Indian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South and Central American, and African foods.
It adds a lot of depth to a dish.
