I accidentally starting fasting. I wake up at around 10 in the morning and skip eating until 3 +- usually, but I’ve done this for a week and 2 times i nearly fainted even though it’s only a few hours, so that’s really weird.
Do more people have this problem? I drink way more than enough (i only have one kidney, so i always make sure i really really do) and when i eat i eat stuff like salad, rice, normal dinner, fruit, eggs and stuff like that, so that i actually get some vitamins etc.
So, not a doctor, and with your health issues I’d advise talking to a doctor. But I would suggest maybe reversing your meal times? Eat when you wake up or soon after, skip dinner. That gives your body the energy it needs during active hours.
