Answer

If you are feeling like that you should eat rather than push it. Definitely listen to the signs that your body is giving to you if they’re that extreme. Obviously if it’s just hunger push on. You may just need to work up to longer fasting periods more gradually… do 14:10 for a while, then 16:8, then 18:6 etc. until you get to where you want to be.

Answer

You’ll get used to it. For now just stick to a time frame you can handle eazily and then gradually try to expand it.

For me the cut off point was at around 20 hours when I was feeling dizzy and lightheaded. Now I can easily go 24+ hours. But it takes a little time.

Your body will get used to fasting. I had the same symptoms. I do 16/8. Had headaches and jittery nervousness until I ate. I could barely make it to my eating window. Two months later I’ve lost a few pounds and can extend my window longer without symptoms.

Answer

Eat something (protein and a little healthy carbohydrates) This is a sign of low blood sugar and should never be ignored. If you are eating too many carbohydrates during your feeding window this can lead to insulin spikes and crashes. I would also check your fasting blood sugar at your doctor.

Answer

Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it, 2 or three times a day. I guarantee you feel better. People are saying it’s blood sugar. I disagree. You’re body is very good at burning fat.

Insulin signals your body to retain salt, and with low insulin, your body is dumping salt. Your body has to adapt to this. Just drink some salt water for the first few weeks, trust me. Good luck!
