Answer

Yes, I do. Especially at night. I suspect dehydration is the issue, as I always take my salt in the morning starting on day 2. At bedtime, my heart is just pounding!

I know it’s not high blood pressure, because I check that regularly. In fact, my BP is absolutely ideal since starting ADF.

Answer

My main cardiovascular problem when extended fasting is mainly that I am pretty useless from a fitness perspective after about 48-72 hours. Trying to proceed like normal makes my heart beat like a lab rat and I am winded/out of breath 3-4 times more rapidly than normal.

I generally just give up trying to work out and stick to more docile activities like walking the dog. When at rest though, my heart rate and blood pressure is actually much lower than normal, so that this is happening to you even laying in bed is a bit concerning.

Take thee to a doctor.
