Hey everyone,
About 4 months ago I completed a 9-day dry fast, took a 9-day break and then followed up with another 10-day dry fast.
This time I’m currently on a dry fast on a day 4 and feeling quite good. I plan to go a minimum of 7 days, possibly longer. I’m documenting my experience and will share the videos when I’m done.

I know you’re recovering from a shoulder injury, but have you noticed any other improvements to your body? How quickly were you able to get up to the longer fasts? I want to fast to recover from long covid/vax injury and I like reading the benefits of fasts. Thanks for your time
