Sounds like stress. But you might check in with your Dr if you are concerned with heart palpitations.
Focus on food quality and not on calories. Skip the bread, pasta, sodas, juices, sweets, etc. Eat big tasty salads like wedge or Greek. Protein like steak, salmon. Fresh veggies. Cheese. Berries. Pineapple. Nuts like walnuts add almonds (great in a salad).
I do OMAD and just eat dinners. None of the symptoms you mention. My body has gotten comfortable with my eating schedule. Once a day I eat like a king, get full, and I’m fine until tomorrow.
