do you guys workout on a dry fast? i never lift weights pass 40 hours into dry fast,. i do walk around tho.
now im going to dry fast for 7 days for healing, not for weight loss but ill update my weight loss next week. since i still wanna lift weight to prevent muscle loss (my muscle mass is above average), idk if i wll pass out trying to lift. thanks in advance!
I never saw the point. Lifting breaks down the body. Fasting breaks down the body. Food/water repairs. Sleep repairs. Taking away the food/water and leaving lifting puts it out of balance in my view. I do like the walking though.
