What steps you take before starting.
I am trying to figure this out for myself. I’ve had to stop the last few days due to headaches. They aren’t dehydration headaches as I’m only a few hours in, neither are they caffeine headaches because I don’t do caffeine. I can’t figure out what is causing them…sugar withdrawal perhaps? Either way, I’m getting so fed up with my current state that I think I’m going to hammer through it and just know that in a few days, I’ll get sweet, sweet relief.
