No, I think obsessing over things like this, is worse. I find it healthier to eat mostly healthy food, but to relax as well. That’s why I don’t like fad diets. They’re too restrictive and can lead to eating disorders.

There is evidence that our insulin levels are best in the morning and weaker at night so we’re best able to deal with carbs in the morning. A good tip is to eat some protein and fat beforehand to better handle the carbs or sugar
