Does turmeric milk reduce absorption of nutrients/calcium/iron ?

Some websites suggest to add indian-holud/turmeric/curcumin-powder in milk to increase it’s bioavailability. Also saw in net that curcumin binds with certain elements like iron. What should one do then ?

Turmeric is the most bioavailable when mixed with black pepper. You can have it with milk, just don’t rely on that milk for calcium or iron and keep it at least an hour between meals. If you don’t eat the turmeric with the meals that contain your iron sources, it shouldn’t affect your absorption of iron.
