Fasting tips?

I started a 5 day fast 42 hours ago and I would like some tips or advice. When I previously tried this about 2 weeks I only managed 30 hours I know its mainly a mental game and I struggled a good while and I finally broke through 42 hours probably the only reason I managed to this was by distracting myself and going to the gym. I’m surprised and happy I made it this far. However does it get any easier as the days go on? If not then what were some things you guys did to help push on?

The key is distracting yourself. Once you pass the hunger of the first three days or so, all you gotta do is stay busy. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes if you need them. Most importantly listen to your body

Drink plenty of water I drink whenever I feel hungry avoid being around food try to keep yourself busy usually for me after 24 hours it’s gets easier but by day 3 I’m starving. Keeping your electrolytes up is also the 🔑

Can I ask how much weight people have lost during a 5 day fast?…. I know that everyone is different and there’s no set amount of weight that everyone is going to lose after a 5 day fast. Just would love to hear some results to get some motivation!
