Did anybody do hot yoga while fasting and what are your experience like? Also is it recommended to do so?
Depends on how long you have been fasting and what activities you have done and currently do during fasting.
-Some people have built themselves to walk during fasting.-Some people have acclimated to hot temperatures and workout therein.
So it depends on what you have done in past and are currently doing in a fasted or dry fasted state.
I completed a 3 day fast and did 2 different hot yoga sessions during those 3 days (60 minutes each). One 60 minutes class on day one and the other on day 3. I also lifted weights on day 2.
I had no problems, drink lots of water- you will be fine. It is a mental struggle, but my body adapted and did great.
