I’m doing a 72 hour fast and wanted to do hot yoga tomorrow night. Just shy of the 48hr mark.
I feel like it would be good to sweat out a bunch of bs while my system is empty and cleansing itself.
I’m worried I will faint or vomit. Has anyone attempted something similar?
I go for runs and also weight lifting while fasting because I like to push myself and feel good …I say DO IT!
If you don’t feel good, take a break. If you don’t do Hot Yoga while fasting, you’ll regret not doing it.
