A few thoughts:

  1. If concerned about what others thing of the food someone is eating, no need to share it, in a public forum, on the internet. Nearly everything you do in life will receive positive and negative feedback.

1a) Probably more dissenters online, due to anonymous keyboard warrior syndrome.

BUT… one must be able to take negative feedback, there may be things they can learn in there. Most of the most valuable things in life I have learned were the result of negative feedback.

  1. Not necessarily in this Reddit, but I see so many people bragging about something being low calorie and not focusing on the whole picture of what they are eating.

  2. Of course, everything and anything in moderation is fine for practically everyone (with the exception of intolerances, diseases, etc.)
