Recently turned 40 and just generally feel like crap on a daily basis. Tired, moody, bored. Deciding on a lifestyle change. A few years ago I lost 50 lbs doing OMAD but fell off the wagon and gained it all back. So starting from square one again.
I’m also giving up most social media as a part of this, I’ll still lurk around Reddit once in awhile but Twitter/FB/Insta/TT are all toxic and consumed way too much of my time and focus. I hope to channel my energy into exercise and reading.
So here goes… 40m - SW 235, GW - 185. Gonna jump right back into OMAD because that’s what worked last time. Let’s go.
I cannot stress enough how much better I felt within a week of IF + cutting back on alcohol consumption. I am the most hydrated bish this side of the 49th parallel, and I am ready to go get stuff done in the mornings like never before.
