Sw: 270 Cw:230 Gw:190 Height:6’3 Currently down 40 pounds since the start of August 1st and just hit my plateau. I’ve been doing rolling 72s and recently hit my plateau. Was wondering if I did a longer fast like 7-10ish days if that would take me out of my plateau or if I should switch something out/if I just have to wait it out. Any help is appreciated.
Yeah I’m on omad… Been doing 2-3kg a month… Last 2 months barely any movement…92 hours into a 5 day fast maybe more…Already down 3ish kg in 4 days
Change it up if it’s stopped working .. but don’t forget to go back to what you were happy with
