I personally wouldn’t. It’s one day a year. If I want some birthday cake and whatever for dinner, imma do it! You could still just stick to one meal if that helps. And happy birthday, wherever that may be. 🎉🥳
It’s your birthday, do whatever you want! If fasting makes you feel great maybe keep at it, or do a fast until your birthday meal. And if you want a whole day to eat everything you have been missing, go for it! Periodic holidays can help you stay on track in the day to day because you have a release to look forward to.
