Hi, I am looking for some fast facts and quick tips.

I am about to hit 24 hrs fasting for the first time in my life. I am in my 50s. I have sleep apnea, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. After watching a couple of YouTube videos last night. I woke this morning with the determination not to eat today. I would like to continue. Any advice and tips would be appreciated. Thanks 😊

If this is your first time fasting, don’t be afraid to fail. I failed many, many times. I couldn’t make it to 24 hours. Right now I’m at 26 hours. Every time you can make a little bit farther than the previous.
