I’ve read that eating a liquid diet in the first few days makes the transition easier going back to eating. Bone broth for the first meal is the best. If you’re feeling good, you could try to incorporate some fats and protein. I would not eat carbohydrates until the second day of eating. It’s the insulin response that’s the most scary thing refeeding, so you want to try and keep that response as low as possible.
Also, keep your calories at 50% of your usual intake those first few refeeding days so that it’s not too shocking on the digestive system!
Have you looked into snake juice for electrolytes? I’m doing a 5 day fast currently and will drink snake juice on days 2-5 to keep my electrolytes balanced :)
