I don’t really get too hungry when I do IF, but I get real sleepy real early. By 7-8pm after work I start getting drowsy. PLus there’s the damn headache that comes and goes every so often. Is it the lack of electrolytes? Do I need to add some salt in my plain water or something?
The headache is blood sugar issues and that will go away. You currently have unstable blood sugar and staying on IF will help level you out. You should be getting tired around 7-8pm, that’s how your body is supposed to work.
Had this same issue today. Started fast at 2:30 pm, did light walking on treadmill from 6-7. Around 8 pm, massive headache and tiredness on a level, I’ve rarely ever felt. Like, I just wanted to lay down anywhere and go to sleep.
