I work and go to school so I’m already busy, but my work schedule changes pretty much everyday. Sometimes I’m off at 5:30, sometimes not until 9:30. I was planning on doing 20:4 because it worked in the past but unsure of when to have those 4 hours.
Anyone else have a flexible schedule and still do IF? Suggestions?
I work my schedule around my commitments. If you stick with the same window your body will start to expect food at the same time each day, which is convenient. If you move your window around you may have more hunger pangs, but it’s still doable.
