Friday December 2 was day one, ironically it caused the cancelation of my booster which was scheduled for that day.
During the first 2 or 3 days I took a lot of emergenC to get through it before I even knew what it was. Allowed myself to eat a lot of Doordash I generally wouldn’t having in as rapidly a time. I had already planned on not IFing when recovering from my vaccine anyway.
Looking for input as to how to start back up and when. Yesterday I started my workouts again. Today is the day with the least grazing, but in order to maintain that I have to do a lot of sleeping in order to not just boredom eat (shakey Hotspot wifi cuz im hold up quarenteened in a house with no internet).
I usually do 18:6 or some version of omad. I like built proof coffee but don’t have any here… I already feel myself slipping back into my omad tendencies but w a need to curb the grazing snacking.

Your health should take priority and you should only start up with IF again once you feel 100% better. However, coming from an ex-doordash addict, ordering Doordash while your sick is a slippery slope and you should try to avoid it as best you can.
As for your problem with grazing, you just need to find something that occupies your hands. I smoke so my hands are typically occupied with a cig, pls don’t start smoking it sucks and im not suggesting you should smoke, but maybe since you have some recovery downtime you can play a video game, play an instrument or start knitting (knitting is rad it’s actually helped me stop smoking as much).
After you feel like your Covid symptoms have subsided, you should get back on the IF horse and get back into your normal routine.
