Hi all,
I’ve IF’d before but I’m new to fasting for longer than 8 hours. I’m thinking of starting a new schedule of eating only after a workout, and then completely fasting the next 23 hours until my next post-workout meal.
Are there any issues that I might run into doing this? Does anybody have any suggestions? I feel like working out at the longest point of a fast might be difficult as that would be the time I have the least energy.

You will get the best results from this in terms of weight loss.
When you do eat, make sure you eat lots of protein and fat first, then carbs last.
Above all, hydrate.
If you need to snack on something, think about parmesan cheese crips or something similar in the keto friendly snack line.
