Eating pretty much anything every day isn’t great. Processed food isn’t usually the best either.
You don’t say whether you eat anything else. Veg? Salad?
If you’re looking for a replacement, chicken breasts marinaded and air fried are delicious. Fish cooked in a parcel with butter and lemon juice is also easy and delicious.
In a sub that should be full of figures, studies, and verifiable evidence, there sure are A LOT of questions asking for unquantifiable advice - “healthier”, “better”, etc…
OP, what do you mean by “unhealthy?” It’s such a vague question, there is no possible way to accurately answer it.
