No, rosemary extract is mainly tocopherols (phenolics/vitamin E) , added to prevent oxidation of oils. Practically th3 same as pure vitamin E in typical use levels. Just looks “nicer” on the label compared to “BHT”, “BHA”, or “mixed tocopherols”

I have a sensitivity to MSG and memorized a list of about 75 ingredients to avoid but think rosemary extract is a comparatively newer ingredient so that may be why it’s not on my list.
