The humbe chickens egg is a whole food and is very conveniently packaged and cheap with brown seeded bread for fibre it’s a fine meal boiled or poached. You can pre boil a bunch and keep them refrigerated. I know its not what you meant but better than all that packaged stuff me thinks
I think Kachava might be the most complete and expensive option on the market. Stuff like Soylent or Huel are simply not in the same league, but they are much cheaper per calorie.
I’ve used all of them. Still use Kachava everyday.
And it’s still a far cry from eating your veggies and greens.
But still way better than average American diet.
Aussielent has a regular (dairy) & a vegan (non-dairy) option.
When looking at these, check out if Hexane is used in extraction. I think the better extraction for soy is via impeller? I think they call it? Or cold press?
