What foods can completely supplement the nutrients dairy products provide?

One cup of collard greens, the most calcium-rich vegetable, only contains 20% of the recommended daily calcium intake. This seems very low, as one would have to eat 5 more servings to satisfy their daily intake. Are there any foods that provide a near 1-to-1 nutritional match for products like whole milk and skyr, when compared by weight and/or volume? If not, does consuming fermented dairy products really cause inflammation and increased estrogen production in those who are lactose tolerable?
