Oh, wow, normally I listen to advice from health authorities and scientists. Apparently I’ve got that completely wrong and I should be listening to Jeff Nobbs and some crappy youtuber.
Like previously I would listen to advice out of Harvard but apparently I should be referring to youtube…

At the very least seed oils are not considered bad, which makes me skeptical of the rest of your list.
