Virtually every major health organization on the planet advises the average person to lower and limit saturated fat intake. In the context of the consensus of the experts of major health organizations, tallow would therefore not be healthier than vegetable oils due to saturated fat content.
There are those who say saturated fat is good (not major health organizations) - they will answer yes it’s healthier.
