Hello all, I’m looking to really get back into clean eating and lifting. However I don’t have a ton of money and time to spend on meal prep, so do you guys have any ideas on (somewhat) cheap meals that are quick to make that help for making gains? Thank you
Just saw a recipe for jarred taco salad with chicken. Can use canned chicken and just use seasoning to flavour. Can be eaten with pita or tortilla, or in a wrap if desired. Can also do salads with canned protein (tuna, chicken) or eggs and change dressing based on day or preference
