IFers that skip breakfast (as majority of us do) : For those who’s sick or maybe just lite morning sickness (cold/fever) when woken up that need to take meds with food,. how do you take your meds? do i take it with empty stomach or tough it out till Lunch to take it with food?
Some Rx can be taken without food. Check with your doc. Sometimes it’s in the directions. I take my morning Rx when I break fast around 11am, but that time works better with my meds anyways. If you need it earlier, and need food, maybe shift the fasting window, so you can eat earlier.
