Micronutrient intake - Do I need a nutritionist?

I’m looking for a calculator for the recommended micronutrient intake. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure RDI guidelines would be way too much for me as I’m only 4’11” ish and 48kgs.. But I’d like to have a target for my micros on cronometer to assist my depression in case I am lacking in something (yes I’m medicated). Is this something I’d need a nutritionist for?

Answer

So some definitions are needed to be clarified here. The RDI is a food label term. The EAR is the level of intake that meets the requirements for half the population. The RDA is the level that meets requirements for 97-98% of individuals. You are correct that the RDA may be higher than your needs, however the RDA is sufficiently lower than the UL that you need not worry about toxicity (for most micronutrients).
