Workout but not with high weight or great intensity. I feel as though it can assist the dry fasting process as well by aiding circulation, oxygen intake and sweating out more toxins but if your heart rate seems too high consistently I’d scale it back a bit. I work out during dry fasting but usually only body weight stuff like pushups, pullups, squats, etc.

Answer

The only “muscle” you’ll lose in the few days of dry fasting is the glycogen stores. Once you begin eating again, you’ll get that back. It’s good to keep moving but going hard probably isn’t the best thing during the fast.
